In This Role You Will
Work closely with game design and art by iterating on new and existing gameplay features
Ensure that strong architectural and algorithmic decisions are made
Keep a multi-platform mindset when writing code
Maintain a high level of quality in existing gameplay systems
Contribute ideas toward all aspects of the game’s production and development
Write robust, maintainable code
Supporting leads in finding solutions, through brainstorming and discussions
Inspire other engineers to grow and achieve their potential
Be proactive by following up with other departments to ensure specs are accurate and in sync
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years of experience developing PC/console games professionally in various stages of the development lifecycle
Experience writing code in a networked multiplayer context
An analytical mind, with keen problem-solving skills
Strong C++ skills
Strong UE4 experience
Strong math skills
Proficiency in talking about game design
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independently
